We truly hope you love your Soap Stories purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Just send us a quick note at hello@soap-stories.com to get started. We’ll guide you through the next steps and, if your return is approved, send you a return label and instructions.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we’re a small team and want to make sure everything goes smoothly!

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (like your order confirmation)

Things We Can’t Take Back

Due to hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Used or opened cosmetic products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different scent or product? The easiest way is to place a new order and return the original. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, we’ll refund your original payment method. Just a heads up: your bank or card provider may take a few days to process it.
